Hudson Realty Property Management manages some of the most desirable properties in the Inland Empire! Whether you're already one of our tenants or you'd like to become one, the Hudson team will make sure your rental needs are always taken care of.


What to do:

Complete one application for each adult applicant. Please include the following. 

  1. Address of property you are applying for
  2. All personal contact information
  3. Current and previous address, landlord name and contact number 
  4. Current and previous employment history
  5. Personal references and nearest relatives
  6. Signature and date

What to Bring:

  1. Identifying document- Driver’s license, state issued ID card, passport, green card etc.
  2. Social security card- If you have been issued one- upon approval
  3. Proof of Income – One month’s check stubs or other income source
  4. If self-employed- Most recent tax return
  5. Application fees- $30 per adult applicant  

Things to remember:

  1. Application fees are non-refundable
  2. Personal checks will not be accepted for move in costs or application fees. Cashier’s check or money orders only.
  3. Personal checks will be accepted for rent payments after move in. 
  4. Once approved, you will need to have utilities transferred to your name prior to the move in date.     
  5. Please allow up to 3 business days for your application to be completely processed.
